Eligibility depends on factors like your current system, the size of the upgrade, and your property type. A quick rebate check will confirm what discounts apply to your home.

2. How much can I actually save with the VEU rebate?

Savings vary depending on your setup, but many households save between $2,000 and $9,000, with larger or multi-room upgrades unlocking even higher discounts. In some cases, total upfront savings can be up to $8,000, significantly reducing installation costs.

3. Do I need to apply for the rebate myself?

No. All rebates are applied upfront and processed through us as a VEU-accredited provider. There’s no government paperwork for you to manage — we handle the rebate side so you can focus on choosing the right system.

4. What heating and cooling systems are eligible for rebates?

Eligible upgrades include single split systems for individual rooms, multi-head split systems that allow multiple rooms to be connected to one outdoor unit, and ducted reverse-cycle systems designed for whole-home heating and cooling. Your eligibility will depend on the system you are replacing as well as the energy efficiency rating of the new system you choose.
